If not otherwise stated in your order confirmation email,

the following return & refund policies apply

Any claims for misprinted or defective items must be submitted

within 28 days after the product has been received!

For packages lost in transit*, claims must be submitted

no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

Claims deemed an error on our

part are covered at our expense!

Returns - The general rule is that we do not offer any return option. This is mainly to avoiding liabilities for actions we have no control over. Some of our dropshipping partners have only limited - or even no - return options available, while others do have return options. We make an effort to maintain an amicable middle ground, where we are as supportive as we possibly can, while complying with the limits of our product providers.

Damaged products or

orders lost in transit may be

eligible for a refund.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment may be returned to the third party where it was shipped from. If that is the case, you will receive a notification via email. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if & as applicable).
If you haven't registered an account & added a billing method that can be charged for a redelivery, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping & will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund). Otherwise the shipment is considered lost in transit at your expense.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed may be returned to the third party where it was shipped from. If that is the case, you will receive a notification via email & you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if & as applicable).

Lost in transit - If a shipment does not get delivered in the estimated shipping time (usually a maximum of 31 days), but the address provided was correct, you can either request a reshipment or a refund - you need to do so in 14 days after the expected delivery date. However, if the address you provided is incorrect or insufficient, any redelivery will be at your expense. If you haven't registered an account & added a billing method that can be charged for a redelivery, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping & will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund). Sometimes order with an incorrect or insufficient address are not returned to our dropshipping providers, in which case they are considered lost in transit at your expense.

Returned by Customer - Please contact us before you try returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse - this includes the wrong choice of colour or size! If you do not contact us prior to returning products, you hereby agree that any returned item will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund). Damaged items usually do not need to be returned to be eligible for a refund.

Product Issues & Damaged Items - If any of the items you ordered are misprinted, incorrect, damaged, incomplete or defective, please contact us within 28 days of receiving the product. A free replacement or a refund will be offered if the problem is reported in time. We ask that you provide images, videos or other evidence, so we can submit a report to the responsible dropshipping provider for compensation and process your request as quickly as possible.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) & (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament & of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized - as is the case with our apparel & merchandise, we reserve rights to refuse returns at our sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed & interpreted in accordance with the English language,

regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
